History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. The war was a terrible time for her, and Yevelda does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born in the west. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Shepherd soon after.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Fallond was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
