Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Ghûra lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Hunter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Born in the west to a Bookbinder, Chem learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Weaver, but he was a colossal failure. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Nala was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
