History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He got into the Map Maker business at a young age. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Map Maker responsibilities is difficult; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Tatyan was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
