History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Alston has worked very hard to control his curse. He's also a talented Sage, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of a Banker, who enjoyed hunting, Torbera was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Jane was born with her father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She takes great joy in being the best Carter in town.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and to be a sage again
