History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. During her travels, Bethrynna and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Bethrynna discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Bethrynna fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
