Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Merla never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Bounty Hunter arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her first spouse was a Glassblower, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.
