Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: An older man who is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, he is not a threatening figure. His crest is cut close to his head. He has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Fortune-teller. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fortune-teller business.

History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His scarlet crest is heavily combed to the right. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born into a rich family. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Now she works as a poetry tutor during her time off.
