History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Artin grew up listening to her mother's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is her passion; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Delebean never married again.
