Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Decarabia grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
