Description: He is dressed in an above average manner. He wears his dark red hair down. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Andram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: To be a Fisher again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was born in the north. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Orcs. His skin is dark but he possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has no hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Borgu took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sculptor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Unemployed, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a unemployed and was forced into it by his family

Description: The light-skinned man stands 3'5" and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are brown and catlike.
Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Sindri was born the youngest of three triplets. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and doesn't want to be a dilettante and was forced into it by his family
