Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears a blue tunic with black highlights, and long pastel pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has white hair. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Halimath was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Halimath was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Halimath's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and further expansion of business

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: The light-skinned woman stands 6'1" and wears a grey shirt, with a red mid length skirt with red tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. With wild auburn hair. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he is content

Description: He prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts, and he perpetually has his bastard sword ready. His white hair is singed and shortened. His ears are large.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Golm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
