History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 91. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. A friendly and beautiful Dragonborn, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Dazzazn was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
