She's also a talented Miner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Dyer and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
