History: Mastema hails from a village terrorized by drow. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Mastema alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Dalgal hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She is physically well-built. Her hair is silver and curly. Her eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying west to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Nalaed was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.
