Personality: Alex is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a black collared shirt and blue pants. He accessorizes with a white scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Tod lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bowyer and was forced into it by his family.
