History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has achieved small success as a Spy.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it.
