History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Burto was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Scribe. After a long history of fighting, Burto and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Kadana was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: Gifted from a young age, Mastema studied abroad. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
