Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion
