He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Being a Navigator kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
