History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Leucis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a grey vest and prefers brown and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Norman embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. His hair is brown and very short. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born into a rich family. Dûsh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: He was born into a rich family. He worked as a nervous Armorer and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Spice Merchant again; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This younger middle-aged woman is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, and a wedding ring on her left hand. She sports a flattop fur cut. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Gale never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
