Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Right-Handed was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Barber.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, marred by chocolates. Her hair is blonde and very short. Her eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Eridred hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When Eridred reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times. Her brown hair, when down, is lengthy. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
