Personality: Shanairla hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Born to a Courier, his father struggled to pay the bills. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Painter but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Avelina lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Painter, and she later adopted a second daughter.
