History: Naivara hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Dilettante, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: Burgell was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and to unite with his sister

He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep
