History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is greedy

Description: An older man who is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears baggy black pantaloons and a red scarf. He has dyed his greying scarlet crest a little too much giving a sharp scarlet color. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gold.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dadalan grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His first spouse was a Sailor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
