Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Skamos was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bricklayer.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Barbena was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Barbena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Barbena. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. A gifted student she started as a Cartwright, but she got bored and became a Barkeep. She tends to her Barkeep job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
