Personality: Barakas hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Gifted from a young age, Barakas studied abroad. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Bookbinder father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
