History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Mehen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Hunter. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Hunter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She bought a hammer and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Astar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. One day when Astar was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Astar was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Aelar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family
