Description: This man is tall and muscular. He has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his blue robe. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Pûgrish was born with his mother's beautiful face. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Pûgrish took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with her Shepherd mother left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: This malnourished man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. He has amber eyes and a blue hat with a red feather.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull pastel iron scale mail. Her blonde hair is heavily combed to the left. She has amber eyes.
Personality: Mella is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and revenge

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: Born in the south to a Architect, Therlin learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She became a Architect soon after.
