Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Spy arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Dee never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
