History: He comes from a rich eastern family. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and seeks redemption

There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carpenter for hire.
