History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kipper grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and regain custody of his daughter

History: Marbas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it.
