Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Bilga was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He got into the Courier business at a young age. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
