History: Ildrex hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Ildrex alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Reddlepop grew up listening to her father's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

History: Diggory was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
