History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spy.

Description: An older woman who dresses like a well dressed Ruler does, she is not a threatening figure. She has a very tight haircut. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Emmeline learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Emmeline grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Emmeline. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 96. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Corkitron liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and regain custody of her daughter

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: The child of a Spy, who enjoyed hunting, Five was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
