Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Norkruuth abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and many goblins want him driven away

History: Valafar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Architect, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Baker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
