History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Pallabar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pallabar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and sabotage a competitor

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting illithids, the young Harriet began to lead the lost caravan. She now owns her own business.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A gifted student she started as a Sage, but she got bored and became a Dyer. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and wants to work out more often
