History: Lone hails from a village terrorized by orcs. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante father left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he's looking for his big break
