Personality: Portia wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shipwright and was forced into it by her family; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

History: Arava was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Mindartis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bellfounder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bellfounder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Bellfounder job and began his own company from there.
