Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He is wearing a long, black cloak, marred by teas. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
