She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Map Maker. She tends to her Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
