History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Shautha never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His first spouse was a Sculptor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sculptor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born in the west to a Spice Merchant, Xappan learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
