History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Mamnen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She uses divination through singing.

History: Mastema lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Mastema took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
