Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Bella was born with her father's beautiful face. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
