Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears tattered old clothes. Her black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Juliana's homeland. Juliana decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 4'7". She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, and her gloved hand is found clutching a whip. Her long white hair reaches down to her waist. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: Ella hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Healer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Healer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: He wears a red coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. He is physically well-built. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Born in the north to a Tanner, Nelkin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When Nelkin reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Tanner. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Born in the south to a Tanner, Lamlis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Shipwright, but he got bored and became a Tanner. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he has a crush on the local shipwright

Description: He is dressed in an above average manner. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his greataxe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His crest, while still mostly blue, has prominent grey streaks. His red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Arjhan is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Arjhan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
