History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on her right hand. She wears a colorful flower in her white hair. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Through the years after Valida was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Valida's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Valida fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he would like to get married and retire

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a spear on his belt. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
