Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a green collared shirt and brown pants. He accessorizes with a white scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt, and is pretty ugly. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Valorean was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears dull grey sweaters, loose violet pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed flail, just in case, and is pretty ugly. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is greedy

Personality: Delg is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Knight. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His crest is scarlet and very short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Kerkad hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the west to a Miller, Kerkad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He struck the Miller job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and wants to open a new tavern
