History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Arannis was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Arannis decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Born in the east to a Map Maker, Aline learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. She became a Map Maker soon after.
