History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Shax was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shax decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is his passion

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Courier. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Born in the south to a Courier, Emma learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Courier for the past few years.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Unemployed. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Unemployed business.

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Chem was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult.

She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bolhild studied abroad. Her first spouse was a Apothecary, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
