Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her long white fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Layabout. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Born in the east to a Layabout, Cloud learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her first spouse was a Performer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
