Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a green tunic with black highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes, and is pretty ugly. His purple hair is heavily combed to the right. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Doctor business.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His childhood dream was to be a Priest, but he was a colossal failure. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are likewise blue.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she's looking for her big break

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a tan shirt, with a pastel mid length shorts with pastel tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bookbinder. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her glaive, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. Her hair is long and brown with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small violet clips. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it
